Well, here it is. I don't know how long I will be able to keep it up, but I hope to transform my eating habits with this effort.
Many dietitians will tell you to write down EVERYTHING you eat. I have tried that in both print and digital formats and it never seems to work for me. However, I like to take pictures, so maybe this will better for me! I started today and I have already noticed that I have altered my food choices for the day just based on the fact that I had to take a picture of it and share that with the world. It is an encouraging start.
