I could write about Helena's homecoming experience, but I really wasn't there, so everything you would hear from me would be second hand. Instead, click HERE to go to Helena's blog, where she wrote all about homecoming in her own words!
The only thing I can tell you about Homecoming is I wish Helena wouldn't be so against letting her family enjoy the moment when she is picked up by her date. I want to take pictures and just enjoy this moment of being the parent seeing my child off on a formal (or semi formal) date. She just gets annoyed with me and acts all embarrassed that she has parents who want to take pictures. She is in a super hurry to get out the door, I guess before we do or say something that her date will think of as weird?
Anyways, I think she had a great time, and that makes me happy.
