There was just one snag. We forgot that there is some sort of ordinance in Highland that requires all businesses to close on Sunday.

We rode all the way there before remembering the fact.
In frustration, we rode back home and hopped in the car for lunch at the Carl's Jr. in our home town, American Fork. We do have a Wendy's, but decided the 6 dollar burger was more satisfying for Bill, since he has to order his sans the bun.
I know we ought to be more strict in observing the Sabbath. Truthfully, though, I won't lose any sleep over it.
