I took this picture one day to sum up all the times Helena has crashed on the couch after school. She seems to be tired all the time lately! I am not sure if it is because she needs to get more exercise (her endorphin levels dropped drastically when she quit ballet), or if it is just typical teenage behavior. I seem to remember wanting to sleep a lot when I was that age, too.
