Bill has been donating his time to other family members after work each evening this week. First he was at Crystal and Jeff's house helping them with their sprinkler system. Then he was at his mother's house tilling her garden.
He must have been feeling guilty about being gone. It is true that our sprinkler system is not in, yet; but our garden is tilled beautifully and awaiting the proper moment for planting... Thanks, hun! When he came home from his mother's he was carrying this bouquet of daffodils for me! They smell so nice! I have no flowers because my yard is entirely dirt. I am definitely going to plant some daffodils and grape hyacinths asap! And tulips, and roses, and ornamental grasses, and lace leaf maples....
Actually, I just planted 3 rose bushes, a raspberry bush, a blueberry bush, and a blackberry bush.
And so it begins.
